Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide 24 hours notice. Should Social Work Toolkit need to postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a further session will be arranged to the nearest available date. Should ASYE not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled session and no contact has been received - the session will be cancelled. No refunds provided.
